Vocab with Tam, DotA words

Okay so i have just tried playing DotA a few weeks back (noob) and guess what..... I'am Addicted ! its awesome gameplay and how intricate the game can be is over the top. Even if the map is the same, we wont get bored even if you play a million times. Therefore i would dedicate my vocab entry today on words you would find on DotA, but never knew that it carries its own meaning.

Enigma
;A person or thing that is mysterious, puzzling or hard to understand;
"The CEO of the company is an enigma as he is reluctant to appear on press conference and public appearance, preferring his assistant to do it for him"

Abyssal
;relating to or denoting the depths or bed of the ocean, especially between about 10,000 and 20,000 feet (3,000 and 6,000 m) down;
"He thought the drop at the Rushmore Mountain is not that high but in turns out to be abyssal"

Maelstrom
;A powerful whirpool in the sea or river;
"The fishermen decided to take abandon their pots and go back to the jetty as there is a maelstrom in the fishing area"

Alacrity
